Dirk D Fulton
Since 1990 licensed as a Broker/Agent in Southern California and founded Fulton Insurance Services, a full service Property & Casualty, Life and Health Insurance Agency. Early on set his mind to learning the complexities of Commercial Insurance and has become an established Commercial Insurance expert.

1987
Mr Fulton began with Farmers Insurance as a Liability Claims Representative, handling personal, auto, and commercial liability injury claims. -
1990
Mr. Fulton obtains licensing in CA as an Broker/Agent for Property & Casualty as well as Life, Health and Accident, appointed as a Farmers Insurance Agent and founds Fulton Insurance Services. -
1993
Earns designation of Commercial Qualified Agent for Farmers Insurance. One of only 8% of agents nationwide to qualify. Farmers Insurance is perennially #1 in California in commercial insurance total premium. -
1997
Mr. Fulton writes his first major Homeowners Association insurance account, the first of scores of others. The experienced property manager commented after he made a presentation on the insurance package proposal, “This was the most professional presentation I have seen”. -
2006
Mr Fulton is recognized as the Top Agency in Commercial Development in a southern california sales district. -
2018
